Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the Food Industry based in Indore, your role will involve strategic planning and effective management of your area of operation. You will be responsible for coordinating with your team to ensure the achievement of targets and adherence to market working norms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and organizing your area of operation in alignment with the company's yearly business plan - Reviewing monthly achievements against targets and taking corrective actions as necessary - Analyzing reports from the Head Office to enhance task organization - Managing Channel Performance Evaluation system and parameters - Monitoring both Modern trade outlets and your team's performance - Supervising credit control and administrative controls such as PJPs and market working - Conducting accurate sales forecasting - Implementing promotional activities effectively - Providing Regional MIS and competitive activities information to the Head Office - Motivating and guiding the sales team to align with the Company's Vision and objectives Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or M.Com degree with a specialization in Sales - Minimum 3 years of experience in Food Ingredients Sales In case of any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please share for inclusion in the final JD.
