Sales and Business Responsibilities :-

annual maintenance contracts (AMCs)

new service business opportunities

· Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and site visits to hospitals, diagnostic labs, and clinics.

technical and commercial proposals

service delivery team

biomedical engineers, hospital administration, and procurement departments

· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

· Keep track of service contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

· Stay updated on product developments, competitors, and industry trends.

· Team building & Team Management

Requirements :-

· Any bachelor's degree or Diploma

· 4+years of proven experience in service sales in medical devices / Health care industry

· Strong Communication, Negotiation and interpersonal skill

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

· Willingness to travel as per business need

· Team management experience of minimum 02 years
