About The Role
Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development:
Source customers for Secured Business Loans (SBL) through various channels DSA, connectors, direct sourcing, etc.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, chartered accountants, property consultants, and other referral sources .
Identify potential business segments (MSMEs, traders, manufacturers, etc.) for SBL offerings.2. Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Executives.Monitor and track individual and team performance on key sales KPIs.Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.3. Credit & Risk Coordination:
Work closely with the credit team to ensure smooth file processing and approvals.Ensure high quality sourcing by maintaining credit hygiene and following internal policies.
Assist in documentation and due diligence activities required for secured lending.4. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Track competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to stay ahead.Provide inputs to senior management on product, policy, and pricing strategies.Support in launching promotional campaigns and driving visibility in the market.5. Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining regular engagement with clients.Address and resolve customer grievances related to loan products or disbursal processes.Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of secured lending products , especially Loan Against Property (LAP) , working capital loans , or term loans .
Ability to analyze financial statements and property documents.Experience in managing a field sales team.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred)Relevant certifications in banking/finance (optional but preferred)KPIs:
Disbursement volumes and valueLead-to-disbursal conversion ratePortfolio quality (delinquency X%)Number of new channel partners onboardedTeam productivity metrics
