Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Pune. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, providing safety solution demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team and attending relevant industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
• Strong knowledge of Safety Solutions and Construction Industry
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Sales Strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the safety solutions sector is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
