Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales within the designated area. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting safety solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
• Knowledge of safety solutions and construction industry standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in a safety solutions or construction-related role is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the designated area as required
