Should have Minimum 2-3 years’ Experience in Agriculture Industry(Drip Irrigation, Agri Polymer, Seeds, Pesticides).Find out key leads &new opportunities in the assigned area with help of market intelligence.To complete monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales budget.Oppointment of new dealer/distributor in untapped areas.Conduct market research in assigned areas.Dealer communication, sharing gaps with dealers & his operators.To ensure & responsible for quality of ponds in assigned area.Inspection for geomembrane installation on site.Complaint handling, find gasps, resolution & analysis with farmers & dealer.To Conduct Gramsabha in order to assist sales & marketing team to develop market cap. For Avana.Ready to travel within region and all over India.Should be fluent in English, Hindi and local language.Problem-solving skills.To assist Manager in planning & implementing strategy for business expansion.Understanding of organizational goals and work accordingly to achieve the goals.Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications.Create reports, analyze and interpret data.Proficiency in MS Office.Assist the Sales Teamin planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.Monitor and maintain store inventory.Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates.Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.Suggest sales training programs and techniques.Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
