Area Sales Manager - Pune

As an Area Sales Manager in Pune at Foxtale, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales operations in the Pune region. We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader who can drive growth, enhance market presence, and expand the business through effective channel and team management. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive regional sales strategy aimed at achieving a 3X revenue growth in Pune. You will be tasked with identifying and prioritizing key markets, cities, and retail channels to enhance market penetration for both BA and NBA. Strengthening distributor and retailer networks by selecting the right partners and ensuring optimal coverage will be essential. You will drive activations, visibility, and category development strategies in alignment with national objectives. Furthermore, establishing efficient processes for inventory planning, order management, and stock availability at all key touchpoints will be crucial to your success in this role. Leading a high-performance sales team, setting clear targets, and ensuring execution excellence will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 8-12 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
