Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our front line sales team in Tripura, Jorhat, Agartala, and Jorhat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and team leadership, with 2-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the front line sales team to achieve business targets.
Increase market share through effective sales strategies.
Ensure sales of finance schemes to customers as per targets.
Maintain and improve relationships with dealers.
Resolve escalated issues from the frontline sales team and dealers.
Coordinate with the training team to enhance the efficiency of the frontline sales team.
Interview and select DMAs/CSMs, and recommend them to RM & HO for final approval.
Understand various reports and take corrective action with the dealership and frontline sales team.
Handle PDD (post disbursal docs) such as RC details, and update RMs on daily/weekly targets vs achieved, escalating any issues to them.
