About the Role

direct sales expertise, dealer & distributor management, consultant engagement, and strong end-user connect


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Manage and grow the existing dealer/distributor network.
  • Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with

    MEP/EPC consultants and end-users

    .
  • Identify

    Brownfield/Greenfield project opportunities

    and track market trends in pneumatics, compressors, and piping solutions.

Territory Management

  • Ensure effective coverage of Pune and surrounding regions.
  • Leverage

    local market knowledge

    to maximize business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Project & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with MEP consultants and contractors for

    product positioning

    .
  • Provide

    technical presentations, demonstrations, and project support

    .
  • Support project execution with on-ground technical expertise.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain structured

    daily activity reports, sales pipeline, and opportunity tracking

    .
  • Use

    CRM tools

    effectively for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Submit

    sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and market intelligence

    .


Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / B.E. in

    Mechanical Engineering

    .
  • 5–7 years’ experience preferred

    in pneumatics, air compressors, piping solutions, or MEP project sales.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Pune and surrounding industrial clusters

    .
  • Proven ability to be

    self-driven, proactive, and target-focused

    with a strong “go-getter” attitude.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    ; experience with

    CRM tools

    is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
