Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing Sales for the assigned Territory.
  • Handling a team of 10 to 15
  • Onboarding New Dealers.
  • Sales productivity.
  • OTOPenetration / Market share.
  • Ensure all process compliance in sourcing while building a portfolio.
  • Managing Dealer Relationship with Dealer.
  • Coordination and liaising with other departments for smooth process flow, identifying and reporting the market information to Management.
  • Sales team Target Achievement.
  • Reporting the concerns raised by the Dealer / Field sales team to the leadership team.
  • Showroom visits and managing relationships with the Showroom sales staff.
  • Closing monitoring of the sales executives and helping them in achieving productivity.
  • Clearing PDD and tracking the same.
  • Field-level coordination with collections to ensure early defaulters are.
  • Driving the Sales team as per the direction of the Regional Manager.
