Job Description

As a Sales Manager at OTO Capital, you will be responsible for managing sales in the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling a team of 10 to 15 sales representatives - Onboarding new dealers to expand the business network - Increasing sales productivity and market share - Ensuring compliance with all sourcing processes to build a strong portfolio - Managing relationships with dealers and coordinating with other departments for smooth process flow - Achieving sales team targets and addressing concerns raised by dealers or field sales team - Conducting showroom visits and maintaining relationships with showroom sales staff - Monitoring sales executives closely to enhance productivity - Clearing PDD (Post Dated Cheques) and tracking the same - Coordinating with collections at the field level to ensure early defaulters are addressed promptly - Driving the sales team in alignment with the direction from the Regional Manager About OTO Capital: OTO Capital is a company focused on providing innovative solutions in the automotive industry.
