Job Summary

We are hiring passionate Area Sales Managers to assist homebuyers in identifying and purchasing the right property. You will manage client interactions, conduct consultations, negotiate deals, and support buyers throughout their home-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage potential buyers via calls, meetings, and site visits
  • Present property options and convert leads into successful sales
  • Conduct and coordinate property visits with customers
  • Negotiate deals and close transactions
  • Maintain strong client relationships & drive referrals
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline to meet monthly targets
  • Cross-sell allied NoBroker services (loans, interiors, etc.)
  • Stay updated with local real estate trends & pricing
