Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote the DMC’s services (hotels, tours, transfers, packages) to travel agents and tour operators in domestic and international markets. Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with travel agencies, wholesalers, and corporate travel planners. Identify and onboard new B2B partners, educating them about the DMC’s destination offerings (e.g., Thailand, Singapore). Regularly communicate new product launches, promotions, and seasonal packages to agent networks. Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth ground handling and quality service delivery for FITs and groups. Negotiate rates, allotments, and special deals with local suppliers and hoteliers to ensure competitive pricing for B2B clients. Represent the company at travel trade shows, B2B roadshows, webinars, and agent meetups to expand the partner base. Monitor sales performance, generate leads, and follow up using CRM tools and regular reporting systems. Provide after-sales support, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and service. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and destination developments to refine sales strategy.
