Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager, located in Greater Noida. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting potential clients, and enhancing customer relationships. Tasks include visiting clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Field Sales and Sales Management
• Strong understanding of the travel and hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other related tools
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in B2B Sales
