AREA SALES MANAGER

The Area Sales Manager position at Vastu Veneer & Decor is currently open in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in Ahmedabad and nearby regions within the laminates and veneer industry. It is essential that you have prior experience in this sector. Please note that only local candidates will be considered for this role. Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a strong dealer and distributor network in the assigned area, regularly meeting with architects, interior designers, and contractors, achieving sales targets, and managing team performance. You will also need to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback. Coordination with dispatch, production, and back-end teams, as well as the submission of regular reports to support marketing strategies, will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in laminates, veneers, or building materials. Additionally, you must be based in Ahmedabad or the surrounding region, possess strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, own a two-wheeler, and be willing to travel within Gujarat.
