Area Sales Manager

Role Overview: As an Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager at Dombivli Palava, your main objective will be to drive direct sales strategy and business development. You will focus on acquiring new accounts, expanding the channel partner network, and managing client relationships. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador for Lodha and lead a small team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through B2B and B2C outreach. - Expand, manage, and nurture Channel Partner networks. - Conduct Channel Partner engagement sessions, performance reviews, and training programs. - Manage the complete customer lifecycle from inquiry to post-sales support. - Deliver compelling product presentations and ensure query resolution. - Provide seamless, customer-first experiences throughout the sales journey. - Track competitor pricing, construction activity, and market trends. - Build and leverage industry networks to identify new business opportunities. - Support senior sales managers in negotiations and closures. - Collaborate with Customer Care and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence. - Maintain accurate sales data and timely updates in Salesforce (SFDC). - Ensure strict adherence to Lodha's policies, processes, and compliance standards.
