Responsible for business development within assigned territories, managing P&L, and driving sales in line with company objectives.

Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper documentation.

Analyze market data to create effective plans for engaging target audiences and increasing market share.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations on a daily basis, along with recruiting, leading, and training a team of sales managers.

Penetrate targeted accounts to generate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.

Maintain thorough knowledge of products including OT tables, OT lights, modular OT, and surgical devices.

Monitor and record all sales calls, noting relevant information for future reference.

Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies in allocated areas for sustained growth.

Collaborate with key customers, manage relationships, and participate in closing strategic sales opportunities.

Drive sales revenue targets in the domestic market and support dealers by resolving sales-related issues.

Plan and forecast to secure a higher market share for company products, providing necessary support to internal customers.

Map existing retailer bases and monitor competition to enhance sales performance.
