Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an Sales and Dealer Development Manager for the Gujrat Area, (Base location - Ahmedabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Prospecting & Network Expansion

• Scout and map potential dealership locations.
• Conduct competition benchmarking and profiling.
• Evaluate and finalize dealership prospects through documentation, LOI, and deposit process.
  

Sales & Market Planning

• Create sales action plans and regional sales targets (Primary & Secondary).
• Analyze inquiries, lead conversion data, and plan regional promotional activities.
• Drive business growth through continuous dealer performance monitoring.
  

CI Norms & Dealership Setup

• Execute showroom CI norms including sizing, branding boards, interiors, and layout.
• Oversee finalization of dealership setup as per brand standards.
  

Dealer Operations & Launch Management

• Plan and execute dealership launch: dates, promotions, deliveries, dignitaries.
• Ensure dealership readiness with manpower, finance tie-ups, and local NBFC onboarding.
• Handle formal dealership handovers with MOM and annual commitment documentation.
  

Team Development & Performance Management

• Plan and conduct training sessions for dealer sales and service manpower.
• Design dealer incentive programs, assign daily/monthly targets, and review performance.
• Drive effective man-management to improve productivity and conversion ratios.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  5+ years in

  automotive or EV industry

  , preferably in 2-wheeler segment.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of EV 2W segment, dealership operations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong documentation, profiling, and dealership onboarding skills.
• Proven ability to train and manage dealer teams.
• Proficient in sales planning, market analysis, and promotional execution.
• Strong local network to quickly activate new regions.
