Job Description

Job Summary:The Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Kanzariya Pharma is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s pharmaceutical business within the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing the field force, building strong relationships with doctors, stockists, and distributors, and ensuring effective brand promotion in line with company strategies. Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area Recruit, train, motivate, and manage Medical Representatives (MRs) Plan and execute sales strategies to improve market penetration and brand visibility Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and review meetings with the sales team Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists Monitor competitor activities and market trends and report insights to management Ensure timely collection of payments and proper inventory management Implement promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns effectively Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and territory reviews Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including team handling Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage territories effectively Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and prescription generation Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
