Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare centers in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company goals.Generate new business and retain existing customers by providing product information and support.Present product features, benefits, and dosage information to medical professionals.Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.Attend regular meetings with doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.Reporting & PlanningPrepare and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), Territory Plans, and other sales documentation.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Share market insights with the Sales Manager to improve strategies.Product KnowledgeStay updated on company products, industry trends, and medical updates.Attend training sessions on new products and therapeutic areas.Compliance & EthicsFollow all ethical standards and regulatory guidelines in pharmaceutical promotion.Ensure promotional activities are compliant with company policy and government regulations.
