Medical Representative

Mercy Hospital is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Medical Representatives (Freshers) to promote hospital services, diagnostic facilities, and treatment offerings to doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions. This role is ideal for candidates looking to begin a career in healthcare marketing and hospital sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare centers to promote Mercy Hospital’s services
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals
• Explain hospital facilities, specialties, treatment packages, and referral processes
• Generate patient referrals and support hospital business development goals
• Maintain daily call reports, visit logs, and follow-up records
• Coordinate with internal departments for patient appointments and admissions
• Attend training sessions, meetings, and promotional activities
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any graduate discipline
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
