Role Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will lead sales growth for Hyglow LED Lighting in the assigned region by developing a strong distribution network, driving institutional and retail sales, ensuring brand visibility, and achieving sales, collection, and market development targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
· Appoint, manage, and grow dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned area.
· Develop new business in B2B, institutional, and government segments.
· Identify and pursue lighting projects through builders, architects, and contractors.
· Ensure brand visibility through effective in-shop and field-level promotions.
· Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and provide regular market feedback.
· Maintain coordination with logistics, accounts, and marketing teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Graduate (Preferred: BBA / BCom / Electrical / Marketing background).
· 3–8 years of experience in LED lighting / electrical / consumer durable industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
· Proven record of achieving sales targets and developing territories.
· Good analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel, CRM, MIS).
· Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
