Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Srinagar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, meeting sales targets, and developing and implementing sales strategies. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, as well as providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will also be responsible for market research and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales management and strategy implementation
• Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
