Area Sales Manager

As an experienced sales professional in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers in the Raipur/Sambalpur region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making telephone calls and in-person visits to distributors and retailers to understand their needs and challenges. - Highlighting difficulties and demands of assigned distributors and retailers to address them effectively. - Achieving secondary targets and ensuring delivery while adhering to market SOPs. - Providing management with valuable information on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities. - Participating in promotional activities as required. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the food sector. - Proven track record of meeting targets, managing trade relationships, and working effectively with distributors. - Strong communication and analytical skills to drive sales effectively.
