Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets in Area.

·        Expand retail presence through modern trade, general trade, beauty stores, and exclusive brand outlets.

·        Manage D2C channel growth with a focus on online-to-offline (O2O) synergy.

·        Build, train, and lead a team of sales representatives/beauty advisors to ensure strong field execution.

·        Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to maximize brand visibility.

·        Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

·        Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility, shelf share, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.

·        Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and in-store activations.

·        Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and reporting for the region.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce (MBA preferred).

·        2-4 years of proven sales experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or lifestyle categories.

·        Prior experience in handling Goa market with strong local retail network knowledge is preferred.

·        Strong track record in channel management (D2C, retail, distribution, modern trade).

·        Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

·        Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry.
