Job Description

As an Area Manager - Sales at Findia, you will be responsible for driving the company's Financial Services and Real Estate sales, strategy, and initiatives. You will report directly to the Founders and play a pivotal role in building and leading a high performing sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales plans, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability. - Set clear sales targets and objectives, monitor performance against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. - Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback and support for their development. - Oversee sales operations and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. - Utilize relevant tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics and generate regular sales reports and analytics. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree will be helpful but not mandatory. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services distribution roles with a proven track record of success. - Strong understanding of the financial services and real estate industry and market. - Ability to manage retail lending portfolios including Loan against Property, Unsecured Business Loans, Professional Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans. - Ability to hire, train, and motivate telecallers and field sales teams.
