Overview of Findia Findia is in the business of distributing and making financial products available (read: loans and insurance) to businesses in tier-2 and tier-3 towns of India. At Findia we work with major banks and NBFCs to fulfil customer's requirements for loans and insurance. Role The TSM role is a high-visibility role in the company based out of Mumbai. Reporting directly to the founders, you will hire and manage a team of 5 people. Your team will be responsible for distributing financial products to businesses that are operating within 200 km of Mumbai. The role requires you to travel to tier-2/3 towns around Mumbai to generate demand for the company and drive the team's sales performance. This is a high-ownership role and a challenging role that requires you to own sales and revenue growth in alignment with company objections. Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree Ideal Candidate Profile - 7-8 Years experience - Experience managing and motivating teams is a must - Results oriented individual with performance driven approach would be ideal - Prior experience in financial services distribution business (ideally loans and insurance) or experience working with corporate DSAs - Prior experience in sales and territory/frontline sales roles in FMCG companies will be considered - Prior experience working with Corporate DSAs and distributing unsecured business loans, home loans and loan against property will be good - Willing to travel within 200 km from base location Responsibilities Sales leadership, strategy and planning · Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability. · Set clear sales targets and objectives, regularly monitoring performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed. · Develop and implement effective sales, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and potential areas for growth. Client Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. · Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes and mutually beneficial agreements. Team Management and Development · Recruit, train, and on-board new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed. · Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, coaching, and support to help team members reach their full potential. · Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth. Sales Operations and Reporting · Oversee sales operations and processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. · Utilize relevant tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. · Generate regular sales reports and analytics, providing insights and recommendations and regular MIS reporting Benefits · Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
