Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the designated area. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and strategize future actions. Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Ensure sales team has the necessary training and resources to succeed. Oversee the execution of promotional activities and campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Manage the sales budget and minimize operational costs. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts. Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products. Utilize CRM systems for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned area. Negotiation experience and customer management expertise. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments. Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting techniques. Relevant industry certifications would be an advantage.
