Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing and growing client relationships, and expanding market presence in the designated area. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and account management in the electrical or related industries
• Strong understanding of electrical products and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and develop strategies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
• Relevant education background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• A goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
• Previous experience working in Chennai or familiarity with the local market is a plus
