Job Description

Responsible to achieve the sales volume as per the target assigned.
Manage, train and motivate existing sales team to drive sales growth & deliver on promised numbers for the assigned territory
Develop efficient and creative S&M strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
Acquisition of new institutional customers and also managing the existing customers to achieve the desired sales.
Liaison with different stakeholders and maintain relationship at all levels to ensure smooth business operations
Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
Service the customer needs efficiently in coordination with Technical Services Team to ensure maximum satisfaction
Visit clients to provide product information, address queries and concerns, and build brand awareness through individual meetings and sales presentations
Analyzing of sales data including periodical forecasting and adjust sales strategies accordingly in discussion with ZSH for best results
Develop & drive creative promotional strategies in coordination with Marketing Team as per the estimated customer needs to attract more customers and to retain the existing ones
Competitor activity, pricing and performance reporting
Review and monitor performance of team members
Participate in trainings and update self knowledge base to cater the organization need
