35 years in field sales, channel management, or retail fintech
Prior team handling experience in smartphone/EMI-based sales is a must
Strong understanding of EMI products, retailer mindset, and on-ground sales
Good communication in Hindi and English
Must have a 2-wheeler and be open to frequent travel within assigned area
