The company plans to increase production of sanitaryware by nearly 35% to meet increasing demand while maintaining its leadership status in the industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Kolhapur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the assigned region, managing and expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure efficient sales processes.

Qualifications

Strong sales skills, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
Excellent customer relationship management skills, including managing and expanding customer base
Knowledge of market trends and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate with a sales team
Experience in the home solutions or sanitaryware industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
