Job Title: Technical Documentation Executive Company: Anmol Chemicals (Muby Group) Location: Sandhurst Road, Mumbai ( Our office will shift after 2 months in Lower Parel) Industry: API, Excipients & Specialty Chemicals Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday) Experience: 2–5 years preferred Salary: As per industry standards (No constraint for the right candidate) About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Technical Documentation Executive to manage and maintain regulatory, technical, and quality documentation for our chemical products. The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation is compliant with industry standards and ready for customer audits, regulatory submissions, and client requirements globally. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation such as: Product Specifications COAs (Certificates of Analysis) MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) MOAs (Method of Analysis) Regulatory Statements (GMO, Allergen, BSE/TSE, etc.) Handle customer documentation queries and requests efficiently Coordinate with QA/QC and production departments to gather and verify data Ensure proper version control, documentation flow, and compliance with international standards (USP, BP, IP, EP, JP, etc.) Maintain documentation for REACH, FDA, WHO-GMP, ISO, Kosher, and Halal certifications Prepare and maintain DMFs (Drug Master Files), dossiers, and other export documents if needed Ensure timely submission of technical documents for client audits and vendor approvals Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Science (Chemistry, Pharma, or related field) 2–5 years of experience in documentation or regulatory affairs in a chemical or pharmaceutical company Strong understanding of documentation standards in APIs, excipients, and specialty chemicals Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF formatting Excellent written communication skills High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory compliance Experience working with documentation for export markets (US, EU, etc.) Familiarity with ERP or documentation management systems Why Join Us?
