Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILIES:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies for loan products Business Loans and LAP.
  • Monitor daily performance of the team and provide regular feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure market penetration in the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for assigned branches.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Track team productivity and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless processing and post-sales support.
  • Responsible for managing Profit and loss of assigned branches and ensuring profitability of

ESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

  • A graduate / P.G in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in Business Loans or LAP
  • Must have team handling Experience.
