Job Description

  • Your Role Safety is of utmost concern while you work at HHV hence follow all SHE-Q guidelines of the Company- No tolerance Regularly visit customers and give feedback on customer expectations, complaints and new projects in the pipeline Understand applications and industries where the products can be marketed
  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated regions
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery Negotiate tender/orders and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs Improve Market Share Y-O-Y &
  • Customer Share Understand and Implement Way-2-Market in the deisgnated territory Retain Existing Customers / Identify New Markets -OEM s-Segments & Applications Attend necessary training to upskill both Technical & Professional expertise for Business
  • Willingness to travel and ability to handle additional short term responsibilities Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical backup as required Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Competitor activities and their foot sprint and critcial product or operation related updates to be shared timely In order to achieve their set targets, Sales engineers/ TM s / ASM s are expected to do the following activities: Monthly visit plans and visit reports in CRM Enquiry generation through customer visits, telecalls, emails etc
  • All enquiries to be entered in CRM and regularly updated
  • Application details to be entered in the required format of CSR and vetted by Application Team before offer
  • Generate quotes through CRM for all standard pumps and systems
  • For customized systems, get the scope of supply from marketing team and then generate offers through CRM
  • Realize better price for the orders by Sales Negotiation Skills Increase profitability while maintaining Order Share Negotiate contracts/orders with clear terms / conditions Generate order acknowledgements through CRM Follow up for dispatch status with the sales coordinators
  • Co-ordinate for installation and commissioning if required in collaboration with service head
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Attend weekly sales Review Meetings and update the Market Know-how Raise Red Flags in case of any adverse situation related to product / people or process and discuss with concerns Commit stipulated delivery schedules and do not over commit or under commit any details
  • Use of Learning Link for Skill Development To succeed, you will need 3-4 year of Is four years of relevant experience
