Area Sales Manager (ASM)

As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), your role will involve achieving sales targets and growth objectives in the assigned area. You will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to ensure high performance. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributors will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. It will also be important for you to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Planning and executing area-specific sales strategies and promotions, as well as ensuring proper implementation of company policies and brand standards, will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will be required to prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
