Area Sales Manager (ASM)

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the designated Region across Pan India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking product orders from Parties - Solving queries & complaints of parties - Conducting monthly Regional Tours - Managing all customers within your Region - Ensuring outstanding follow-up with parties - Following up with parties consistently - Increasing product knowledge through daily practice - Performing reporting work - Managing a team of sales executives effectively - Achieving sales targets To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales - Previous work experience in Pharma will be advantageous - B.Pharma qualification will be beneficial - Good Spoken English skills - Knowledge of Medicines is an added advantage - Basic Computer Skills - Professional Behavior is essential Additionally, candidates with around 10 years of Pharma marketing experience as a first or second-line Manager, willing to travel extensively, are preferred. A Science or Pharma Graduate proficient in English is desired.
