Job Description

You will be joining Giantlok India, a leading manufacturer of cable ties, conduits, and wiring accessories, known for providing innovative and reliable fastening solutions for electrical, industrial, and infrastructure applications. As part of the company's strategic growth plan, you will be entrusted with the responsibility to lead and expand the business in the Southern Region of India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets specifically in South India. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within industrial, electrical, OEM, and infrastructure sectors. - Manage and nurture relationships with distributors, dealers, and key corporate accounts. - Conduct market research to stay abreast of emerging trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to introduce new products and ensure customer satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans. - Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility. - Ensure timely achievement of collection targets and maintain effective credit control within the assigned region. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Education: A graduate in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration. An MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage. - Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales, preferably in electrical, cable management, or related industries. - Strong network and understanding of the South Indian industrial and distribution markets. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing extensive territories. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively across South India. - Possession of a Bike and Laptop is mandatory. **Key Skills:** - Business Development & Channel Management - Industrial / Electrical Product Sales - Strategic Planning & Territory Management - Key Account Handling - Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis - Leadership & Team Collaboration This full-time role offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
