Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Generic Pharma
Location: [LUCKNOW]
Salary: ₹50,000/month
Experience Required: 7–8 Years in Generic Pharmaceutical Sales
Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our generic pharmaceutical sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharma sales, team leadership, and territory management. This role demands strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the generic pharma market
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
· Manage and mentor a team of Medical Representatives across assigned territory
· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, chemists, and healthcare professionals
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
· Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
· 7–8 years of experience in generic pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
· Strong leadership and team management skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
