Area Sales Manager

Position : Area Sales Manager

Location: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (Hyderabad / Vijayawada / Visakhapatnam preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with architects, builders, façade consultants, contractors, PMC firms, and interior designers.
• Drive project sales of ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels) and related façade/building materials.
• Track ongoing and upcoming projects across the region (commercial, residential, industrial, institutional).
• Ensure product specification and approval in BOQs through architect and consultant networks.
• Visit construction sites, meet clients to ensure material selection and conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical) for seamless execution.
• Provide product presentations, mock-ups, samples, and tech support to decision-makers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and update project pipelines regularly.
• Ensure territory revenue targets and collection targets are met.
• Keep up-to-date with competitor products, pricing, and market dynamics.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Engineering / Architecture / Civil preferred), MBA in Marketing (optional).
• Experience: 3–7 years in project sales of ACP / cladding / façade materials / tiles / glass / laminates / cement / paints or similar.
• Strong network among architects, builders, and contractors in AP & Telangana.
• Knowledge of building material specification processes and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹16,993.90 - ₹61,795.39 per month
