We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Air Coolers and Washing Machines in the specified region. Job Description: As an Area Sales Manager at Allview India Electronic Pvt. Ltd. you will play a key role in driving our company’s sales growth and success. This position requires a dedicated and seasoned professional with a proven track record of at least 4 years in sales and management. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute area sales strategies to meet targets. · Lead and coach the sales team, ensuring high performance. · Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in relevant segments. · Build strong relationships with key clients for long-term growth. · Analyze sales data and market trends for business opportunities. · Present sales reports and forecasts to management. · Manage area budget and optimize resource use. · Ensure compliance with company policies. · Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field. · 4–10 years in sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role. · Proven success in meeting sales goals. · Strong experience in channel sales. · Experience onboarding dealers/distributors. · Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. · Strategic, analytical mindset. · Must have experience in the same industry – LED TVs, washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators.
