Job Description

Achieve Sales targets for the assigned Territory.
Drive sales at Key Accounts through channel management and Direct .
Key Account Management, increase penetration, identify new accounts
Implementation of Technical and Marketing activities.
Meeting and influencing key decision makers in industries
Meet New product targets.
Strong Product Demonstration skills for proving value proposition.
Excellent Market intelligence to track Hopper & fill the same for growth.

Basic Qualifications:

Any Engineer/Graduate + Management course with relevant Industrial Products Sales exposure of Key Account management
Minimum of 5+ years of work related exp (prefer not more than 2 companies)

Preferred Qualifications/Qualities:

Any PG with Good communication should be able to handle corporate customers.
Open for outstation travel & ready to do hands on demonstration

Person should possess

Large account management experience for Industrial Consumables.
Relationship & Networking
Process driven approach
Should be able to handle high pressure
Value selling approach & mindset
Extensive Travel- approx. 10-15 days per month
Very strong execution driven approach.
