Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base in the Chilled & Specialty Meat category. The role involves developing business from HORECA clients, QSR chains, meat shops, wholesalers, and hyperlocal delivery companies, along with managing distributor and retailer relationships to ensure revenue growth and market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business through market visits, networking, and cold calling.

* Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.

* Conduct product presentations and negotiate deals with prospective clients.

* Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams for timely order execution.

* Must be comfortable working in the meat industry, specifically buffalo meat segment.

Skills & Competencies

* Proven experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Meat Sales.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Strong analytical and market awareness abilities.

* Result-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

• Experience: 25 years in Sales, preferably in Food / Meat / Frozen / FMCG sectors.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
