Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, building strong dealer/distributor relationships, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and project clients in the assigned area
• Visit architects, electrical consultants, contractors, and project sites regularly
• Pitch and demonstrate LED lighting products with technical know-how
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure conversion
• Meet monthly sales and collection targets
• Maintain regular MIS reports, market feedback, and customer records
• Coordinate with the back-office team for dispatch and after-sales support
• Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and schemes

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in LED lighting / electrical products / building material sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of target achievement and client handling
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Good understanding of lighting products and applications
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM (Zoho preferred)
• Language proficiency: Local language + English/Hindi
