Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Rajkot for an Area Sales Executive. The Area Sales Executive will oversee and manage sales operations within their designated territory to ensure revenue targets are met and market share is maximized. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating sales strategies with the broader sales team, and driving business growth through strategic account management. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, account management, and building client relationships
  • Analytical skills for market trend analysis, competitor research, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Time management, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Understanding of retail or FMCG sales channels is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or territory management preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region
