Area Sales Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory for solar products and services.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and participation in trade shows/events.
Manage channel partners, installers, and dealers to drive regional sales targets.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical product information and pricing.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales agreements tailored to customer needs.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments affecting the solar industry.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, travel extensively within the assigned area.
Knowledge of solar PV products (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.) and the sales cycle.
