Job Description

Responsibilities: ·      Identification, appointment & development of distribution in the territory ·      Demand Generation & Brand Building activities with the support of promoters ·      Market Mapping ·      Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. ·      Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases. ·      To achieve and exceed the assigned sales target for his area. ·      Developing in-depth knowledge of company products. ·      Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. ·      Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs. ·      Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.   Skills Required:   ·    Bachelors/Master Degree in Marketing or related field. ·    Minimum 2 years of experience in Dairy/ Beverage products sales. A candidate with local market knowledge will be highly preferred. ·    Strong negotiation skills. ·    Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively. ·    Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. ·    Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
