Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Sales and Business Planning

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build annual, quarterly, and monthly growth and operational plans for national chains.
  • Set monthly objectives and create annual business plans for key accounts.
  • Track and review performance regularly.
  • Provide support to ensure smooth execution and deliverables.
  • Align plans with the ACD Head and regional teams.


Channel Development

  • Support the ACD Head in planning and executing expansion and extraction strategies.
  • Close TOTs and negotiate pricing.
  • Ensure SKU and brand readiness and maintain a strong business pipeline.
  • Create annual business plans with key customers, and track performance.
  • Identify new channel opportunities and growth segments, then drive engagement activities.


Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.


Trade Marketing

  • Design and execute GTM plans for new launches, restages, and priority SKUs.
  • Drive profitability through focused sales of priority SKUs.
  • Ensure ECOs, width, and depth for each sub-channel.
  • Execute visual identity initiatives, consumer promotions, and customer engagement activities.


Sales Development

  • Roll out rewards and recognition programs for the channel.
  • Track performance and provide feedback.
  • Develop and roll out sales support energizers to improve sales performance.


TOT Budget Management

  • Plan and manage TOT budgets.
  • Ensure spends remain within approved limits.
  • Ensure compliance with sales, commercial, and planning processes.
  • Maintain financial hygiene and adherence to internal systems.

Key Results Area

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for core chains.
  • Drive business development through account management, new account activation, and new product launches.
  • Capture regional or seasonal opportunities.
  • Ensure strong point-of-sale execution.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure TOT signing, adherence, and implementation.
  • Drive brand objectives at the account and channel level.
  • Plan and execute GTMs for new products.
  • Execute customer and consumer promotions and engagement initiatives.
  • Work within a matrix structure and align plans with the ACD Head.
  • Coordinate with regional and national commercial, planning, and HR teams to ensure operational hygiene.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • GTM, RTM, ACD, and new account activation experience.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage large accounts and drive channel growth.
  • Capability to execute structured plans across teams and markets.
