Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting, marketing, and selling Baxy Mobility 3-wheelers, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the Kottayam region. Key Responsibilities Actively promote and sell Baxy Mobility 3-wheelers to individual customers, businesses, and fleet operators. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and participate in promotional activities. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent pre- and post-sales support. Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development strategies. Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects, maintain proper records of leads, and update CRM/sales reports. Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Qualifications & Skills Minimum +2 / Graduate degree (preferably in Business/Commerce/Marketing). Proven experience in automobile sales (3-wheeler/2-wheeler/LCV sales preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory); 3-wheeler license is an added advantage. Good knowledge of the local Kottayam market.
