Role & responsibilities Sales Target Achievement - Drive sales target achievement across segments - Implement strategies for performance improvement Customer Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and fleets - Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention Market Expansion and Penetration - Identify and exploit untapped markets for business growth - Develop plans to increase product penetration and market share Product and Market Insights - Analyze customer feedback and market trends - Provide insights to enhance sales efficiency and product offering Technical Team Support - Assist the Technical Services team by assessing a certain percentage of claim tyres Coordination and Reporting - Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams - Generate timely reports for the regional office Compliance and Standardization - Ensure adherence to company procedures and standards - Address market complaints and proactively drive efficiency improvements Preferred candidate profile 4-6 years of experience in Channel sales From manufacturing companies
